Ian Butterfield

Ian Butterfield has 25 years experience in international government and corporate affairs, and his policy expertise spans Congress and multi-national organizations. In addition to his role as International Affairs Consultant to mCapitol Management, Dr. Butterfield is also Co-Founder and Partner of Butterfield Carter and Associates, an internationally focused government relations and strategic communications firm based in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Butterfield served as Director, International and Government Affairs for Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where he represented Westinghouse in Congress and the Federal Agencies on domestic and international issues pertaining to both the conventional and nuclear power divisions within the company.

Craig T. Smith

Craig T. Smith has more than 25 years of experience developing political strategies at the federal, state and local level. In addition to being an Advisory Board Member of mCapitol Management, Mr. Smith is also Vice President of an internationally recognized strategic polling and media relations firm based in Washington, D.C.

Prior to his role with mCapitol Management, Mr. Smith served as President of Chief Advantages, representing corporations, foreign governments, individuals and organizations seeking to maximize opportunities at the federal and state level.

Eric W. Wilson

Eric W. Wilson is a Senior Advisor at mCapitol Management. He has over 15 years of experience in governance, operations and environmental management with local, county and federal governments, and specializes in municipal management.

Eric has served as a municipal and federal program manager for Weston Solutions, an environmental and engineering firm; District Director for Congressman John Lewis; Deputy Chief of Staff for the City of Atlanta and Director for the Office of Environmental Justice for Fulton County, Georgia. Eric also served as an elected official for eight years on the Atlanta Board of Education, District 7 At-Large
