Thomas Cassidy joins mCapitol Management as a Vice President. He concentrates his practice in health care, financial services and infrastructure. The work Tom has been involved in has drawn on his lengthy experience inside the government as a regulatory attorney and as an advisor to various officeholders.

Through Tom’s work in health care, he has developed relationships on Capitol Hill and with state legislators which has led to his representation of clients on a wide spectrum of issues. In transportation, Tom has represented rail and shipping concerns on a wide variety of matters. He has also represented a large fuel bunkering company with worldwide operations and provided counsel to various technology companies with biometric solutions for port and trucking applications. In financial services, Tom has worked on behalf of many companies on regulatory compliance.

Lee Janger

Lee Janger serves as Vice President at mCapitol Management, focusing on federal legislative and regulatory matters.

Mr. Janger's practice focuses on advanced technologies for the automotive industry, including alternative engine technologies, environmental improvements, efficiency standards and trade. Mr. Janger also represents Native American tribes on energy related matters, gaming issues and overall sovereignty.

Prior to joining mCapitol Mr. Janger served as a political consultant representing financial services industry clients, as well as hospitals, universities and trade associations on a variety of health related matters.

Jeff Wiener brings over fifteen years of Capitol Hill, government relations, federal marketing, and business development experience to mCapitol Management and its clients.

Throughout his career, Jeff has worked with corporations, hospitals, colleges, charities, and municipalities to help them develop strategies to succeed in Washington. With a policy focus on national security, clean energy, tax, and institutional advocacy, Jeff specializes in helping mCapitol Management’s clients promote their federal policy and funding objectives in Washington. Additionally, Jeff has worked with companies big and small to secure federal research dollars for product development, open doors to enable the sale of clients’ products and services to the U.S. government, and create partnerships within the private sector to bolster clients’ bottom lines.
